The 90-Day Advancement Plan

Turn inspiration into visible, measurable movement

The 90-Day Advancement Plan

Days 1–30: Clarify

Write a one-sentence ministry focus. Identify the people you are called to serve. Audit your time, digital presence, current commitments, and unfinished ideas. Select one priority for the quarter.

Days 31–60: Build

Create the outline, curriculum, proposal, sermon series, event plan, podcast pilot, or community partnership connected to your priority. Ask two trusted leaders for specific feedback.

Days 61–90: Launch

Release the work in a focused form. Invite participation. Track response and outcomes. Document what worked, what needs adjustment, and the next faithful step.

Five Advancement Commitments

  • I will protect time for study and strategy.
  • I will complete one assignment before beginning three more.
  • I will ask for help without apologizing for growth.
  • I will open one door for another woman.
  • I will measure impact and celebrate progress.

Prayer for the Journey

God of wisdom and courage, order our steps and strengthen our hands. Free us from fear, distraction, comparison, and exhaustion. Give us clarity to know what to build, humility to keep learning, courage to lead, and grace to bring others with us. Let our service produce fruit that strengthens churches, families, and communities. Amen.
