Founder, CommuniHealth
A physician-turned-entrepreneur, Dr. Jackson's telehealth platform specifically serves Black communities in medical deserts — areas with insufficient healthcare providers. The platform has facilitated 50,000+ consultations since launching.
3. Tasha Clement — Retail Disruptor
Founder, Rooted Beauty
Tasha built a clean beauty brand specifically formulated for melanin-rich skin. After three years of direct-to-consumer sales, Rooted Beauty is now on shelves in 1,200 retail locations nationally. Projected revenue this year: $12M.
4. Brianna Okonkwo — Tech Educator
Co-Founder, CodeSisters
Brianna's coding education platform has trained over 8,000 Black women in software development and placed 60% of graduates in tech roles. Average starting salary for graduates: $78,000.
5. Michelle Davenport — Real Estate Developer
Principal, Legacy Properties Group
Michelle is developing mixed-income housing specifically in historically Black neighborhoods facing gentrification — creating affordable, quality housing while preserving community character. Current portfolio: $40M in development.
